The State Secretariat of Civil Aviation is the Cambodian government body responsible for the aviation industry. The SSCA is the National Aviation Authority Of Cambodia. Its headquarters lies in the capital city of Phnom Penh, and Mao Havannall is the in-charge Secretary of State. SSCA oversees all the national airports and manages air traffic. In 2000, SAMART Corporation got the leases to operate the air control system. It will upgrade Cambodia’s air traffic control and navigation system.
