Lithuania Civil Aviation Administration is the National Aviation Authority Of Lithuania. CAA is an independent governmental institution that makes aviation rules for Lithuania. CAA also performs several other functions besides overseeing civil aviation, like implementing the civil aviation strategy, keeping at par with the National Security Programme, and fulfilling the civil aviation requirements per the Law on Aviation.
