I read about the Brazil Flight School program, however, I already have a private pilot license in Brazil. With that, is there anything that can be removed so it’s not redundant?

You can have your Brazilian Private Pilot License validated and then start with the Instrument Rating. Please find more information on how to get your foreign pilot license validated here: https://www.flightschoolusa.com/pilot-license-validation/. Once your license and/or your medical has been validated by the FAA, you can immediately start with your FAA Instrument Rating.
