Which type of aircraft can I fly if I finish this training ? The license that I will have it's suitable for all the type of aircraft ? Or should I chose a specific type of aircraft ? Thank you !

We operate a large fleet of Cessna aircraft, mostly Cessna 172 with Garmin 1000 Avionics. It all depends on the license, but we use these aircraft for Private Pilot, Instrument Rating and Commercial Pilot ratings and certificates.
